Program Impact:

  • Trainees master complex food packaging systems.

  • Major employers like Tyson and JBS reduce training travel and downtime.

  • Businesses save up to $1 million annually while workers earn 10–15% more.

Our Focus: The Three Rs

  1. Recruitment – We find and prepare local talent.

  2. Retention – We build lasting, promotable skill sets.

  3. Reeducation – We adapt workers to new technologies and roles.
